2、血祛濕方對(duì)肝硬化腹水大鼠肝線粒體細(xì)胞色素C氧化酶活性、ATP含量、ATP酶活性表達(dá)的影響。方法:將健康SPF級(jí)雄性Wistar大鼠90只,隨機(jī)分為空白組、模型組、健脾活血祛濕方高、中、低劑量組及秋水仙堿組,運(yùn)用改良CCL.酒精綜合法造肝硬化腹水大鼠模型。提取肝線粒體進(jìn)行細(xì)胞色素C氧化酶活性、ATP含量、ATP酶活性測(cè)定。結(jié)果:模型組肝線粒體細(xì)胞色素c氧化酶活性、ATP含量、ATP酶活性均明顯低于空白組,與空白組相比有顯著差異(P<0.01),經(jīng)過干預(yù)后健脾活血祛濕方能升高肝線粒體細(xì)胞色素c氧化酶活性、ATP含量、ATP酶活性,其升高程度與中藥使用劑量有關(guān),其中健脾活血祛濕方低劑量組與模型組相比
