2、121)]及PHC術(shù)后7d組[0．540(0．318—0．716)](P<0．001)。在90例PHC患者中，miR一1表達水平與淋巴結(jié)有無轉(zhuǎn)移密切相關(guān)，有淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移患者中miR一1表達水平顯著低于無淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移患者(P=0．003)。Kaplan—Meier分析顯示miR一1低表達組的生存率遠低于其高表達組，其中位生存期(月)分別為25．48和40．98(P<0．001)。Cox多變量分析顯示miR一1水平是影響PHC患者生存率的獨立危險因素之一，相對危險度為0．424(95％CI：0．183—0．984)。結(jié)論血清miR一1作為新的生物學(xué)指標對于PHC的診斷和預(yù)后的具有一定的價值。關(guān)鍵詞：原
