2、的分子機制。方法結(jié)果結(jié)論方法CBL/6小鼠隨機分為1O組,正常組不作任何處理,其余9組經(jīng)x射線(4.0Gy)照射后分別給予不同劑量APS或生理鹽水,并于照射后第1、3、7d處死小鼠,流式細(xì)胞術(shù)檢測BMNC凋亡率、Bcl一2表達(dá)率,WesternBlot法(wB)檢測P53蛋白、Caspase一3蛋白的表達(dá)。結(jié)果與正常組相比,生理鹽水組BMNC凋亡率、P53蛋白、Caspase-3激活片段(12+17KD)的表達(dá)升高,Bcl一2及Caspase一3全長片段(35KD)的表達(dá)降低。與生理鹽水組相比,2mg/kgAPS組和8mg/kgAPS組均能降低凋亡率,P53
