1、振動(dòng)與沖擊第34卷第12期JOURNALOFVIBRATIONANDSHOCKVo1.34No.122015多自由度軋機(jī)傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)非線性非主共振扭振特性時(shí)培明,夏克偉劉彬,侯東曉(1.燕山大學(xué)電氣工程學(xué)院,秦皇島066004;2.東北大學(xué)秦皇島分校自動(dòng)化工程系,秦皇島066004)摘要:建立含參激多自由度軋機(jī)傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)非線性扭振動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,通過(guò)坐標(biāo)變換將非線性方程組解耦成獨(dú)立方程,采用多尺度法得到電機(jī)擾動(dòng)力矩和軋制負(fù)載力矩共同作用下非線性系統(tǒng)的幅頻響應(yīng)方程。以某廠1780軋機(jī)傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)為實(shí)際算例,將其簡(jiǎn)化成4自由度非線性扭振模型,通過(guò)實(shí)際參數(shù)分析了非線性剛度、非線性阻尼、接軸傾角、電機(jī)擾動(dòng)
