1、52中國(guó)獸醫(yī)雜志2015年(第51卷)第4期ChineseJournalofVeterinaryMedicine牛蒡苷元對(duì)疫苗免疫豬抗體和T細(xì)胞亞群的影響陳夏冰,付書(shū)林,何斌,楊文海,鮑伯勝童新紅,劉武,童偉文,陶弼菲,陳潔(武漢市畜牧獸醫(yī)科學(xué)研究所,湖北武漢430208)摘要:為了研究牛蒡苷元對(duì)豬外周血T細(xì)胞亞群和對(duì)不同疫苗免疫抗體的影響,將16只25~30日齡的健康仔豬,隨機(jī)分成4組,將牛蒡苷元溶液分別以高、中、低3個(gè)劑量和生理鹽水同時(shí)注射,給藥前后不同時(shí)間點(diǎn)采血,流式細(xì)胞術(shù)檢測(cè)豬外周血中T淋
2、巴細(xì)胞亞群的變化。結(jié)果顯示,中劑量的牛蒡苷元可顯著促進(jìn)豬外周血CD3、CD4細(xì)胞的增殖。另外25~30日齡斷奶仔豬l6頭隨機(jī)分為4組,將牛蒡苷元分別以高、中、低3個(gè)劑量和豬瘟疫苗同時(shí)注射,于免疫后7、14、2l、28、35d采血,ELISA方法檢測(cè)豬瘟抗體水平。研究表明,與僅用疫苗免疫對(duì)比,牛蒡苷元疫苗聯(lián)合使用,在免疫的初期和中期能夠有效的快速提高豬體抗體水平,并且低、中劑量組比高劑量組更能夠提高抗體水平,合適劑量的牛蒡苷元可以作為免疫增強(qiáng)劑單獨(dú)或與疫苗聯(lián)合使用。關(guān)鍵詞:牛蒡苷元;豬瘟活疫苗;抗體
