2、巴細(xì)胞亞群的變化。結(jié)果顯示，中劑量的牛蒡苷元可顯著促進(jìn)豬外周血CD3、CD4細(xì)胞的增殖。另外25~30日齡斷奶仔豬l6頭隨機(jī)分為4組，將牛蒡苷元分別以高、中、低3個(gè)劑量和豬瘟疫苗同時(shí)注射，于免疫后7、14、2l、28、35d采血，ELISA方法檢測(cè)豬瘟抗體水平。研究表明，與僅用疫苗免疫對(duì)比，牛蒡苷元疫苗聯(lián)合使用，在免疫的初期和中期能夠有效的快速提高豬體抗體水平，并且低、中劑量組比高劑量組更能夠提高抗體水平，合適劑量的牛蒡苷元可以作為免疫增強(qiáng)劑單獨(dú)或與疫苗聯(lián)合使用。關(guān)鍵詞：牛蒡苷元；豬瘟活疫苗；抗體
