1、河北農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué),2014,18(5):30—32JournalofHebeiAgriculturalSciences編輯杜曉東高同淚Inn脅刪’迫]L!]_對(duì)金鉆蔓綠絨耐熱性的影響孑J、少興,延禱(山西農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)林學(xué)院,山西太谷030801)摘要:為了明確金鉆蔓綠絨對(duì)高溫環(huán)境的忍耐能力,以3~5個(gè)葉片的金鉆蔓綠絨扦插苗為試材,以室溫為對(duì)照,研究了高溫(35、40和45℃)脅迫不同時(shí)間‘(8、16、24、32和40h)對(duì)金鉆蔓綠絨葉片相對(duì)電導(dǎo)率和丙二醛含量的影響。結(jié)果表明:葉片相對(duì)電導(dǎo)率隨脅迫溫度的升高而逐漸降
2、低、隨脅迫時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)而逐漸上升,其中35℃所有脅迫處理的葉片相對(duì)電導(dǎo)率均顯著>其CK,脅迫溫度升高后葉片相對(duì)電導(dǎo)率反而顯著下降甚至與其CK差異不顯著,說明高溫脅迫導(dǎo)致葉片細(xì)胞膜受害程度加深,溫度過高時(shí)細(xì)胞甚至解體而失去活性;丙二醛含量隨脅迫溫度的升高和脅迫時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)均持續(xù)增加,除35cI=脅迫8h處理的葉片丙二醛含量顯著<其CK外,其他高溫處理的丙二醛含量均顯著>其CK。植物所處的環(huán)境溫度越高、時(shí)間越長(zhǎng),其葉片細(xì)胞受到的生理傷害就明顯越重,綜合分析高溫脅迫對(duì)葉片相對(duì)電導(dǎo)率和丙二醛含量的影響,認(rèn)為金鉆蔓綠絨
