2、生率為2．O3；共分離病原菌36株，其中革蘭陰性菌21株占58．33，革蘭陽性菌11株占3O．56，真菌4株占11．11；重癥肺炎患者吸煙史、既往肺部疾病、鼻胃管留置和再插管構成比均比非重癥肺炎患者高，且重癥肺炎患者的年齡、手術時間和機械通氣時間均高于非重癥肺炎患者，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P
