2、古丈縣煙葉的余味標度值極顯著高于其他各縣。(3)不同鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)之間以紅石林鎮(zhèn)的余味標度值最高和干燥感標度值最低；高坪鄉(xiāng)、列夕鄉(xiāng)的刺激性標度值最低。(4)‘K326’的口感特性較‘云煙87’要好。(5)海拔低于600nl煙區(qū)的煙葉口感特性較其他海拔好。(6)煙葉刺激性、干燥感、余味在空間上分別以標度值2．6～2．8、2．7～2．8、2．6～2．8分為主要分布；口感特性評價指標標度值呈斑塊狀分布態(tài)勢。關鍵詞：烤煙；口感特性；感官評價；湘西中圖分類號：$572．01文獻標志碼：A論文編號：2013—0313SensoryEvaluationonTaste
