1、第49卷第5期Vo1.49,No.5鋼鐵2O14年5月IronandStee1Mav2014整輥內(nèi)嵌式板形檢測輥瞬態(tài)溫度場與應(yīng)力場分析吳海淼,劉宏民,于丙強(qiáng),楊利坡(1.燕山大學(xué)國家冷軋板帶裝備及工藝工程技術(shù)研究中心,河北秦皇島066004;2.河北工程大學(xué)機(jī)電學(xué)院,河北邯鄲056038)摘要:在冷軋可逆軋制的不同道次,與板形檢測輥接觸的帶鋼溫度差異顯著,使得檢測輥的溫度場和應(yīng)力場不穩(wěn)定。運(yùn)用有限元軟件ANSYS建立了板形檢測輥的熱力耦合模型,分析了軋制過程中板形檢測輥的瞬態(tài)溫度場和應(yīng)力場。結(jié)果表明,軋制開始后接觸帶鋼的熱量由輥體外表面向內(nèi)表面逐漸傳遞,傳感器正上方的輥體外表面溫度
2、上升最快,并在1940S達(dá)到溫度最大值135℃;骨架頂部與輥體內(nèi)孔面的接觸熱阻使傳感器的溫度上升較慢,骨架頂部在2280S達(dá)到溫度最大值134℃;板形檢測輥的最大應(yīng)力發(fā)生在與骨架頂部接觸的輥體內(nèi)孔面上,其在940slg到最大值301MPa,滿足材料強(qiáng)度的許用應(yīng)力要求。通過模擬分析結(jié)果與現(xiàn)場實(shí)測數(shù)據(jù)對比,證明了有限元分析模型的正確性。關(guān)鍵詞:可逆軋制;檢測輥;溫度場;應(yīng)力場;有限元文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A文章編號:0449—749X(2014)05—0047—05TransientTemperatureFieldandStressFieldAnalysis0fEntireRoilerEmbed
