3、產(chǎn)流水線的控制,重點分析了系統(tǒng)軟硬件設(shè)計部分,并給出了系統(tǒng)硬件接線圖、PLC控制I/O端口分配表以及整體程序流程圖等,實現(xiàn)了飲料灌裝的自動化,提高了生產(chǎn)效率,降低了勞動強度。傳統(tǒng)的飲料罐裝生產(chǎn)線的電氣設(shè)備控制系統(tǒng)是傳統(tǒng)的繼電器——接觸器控制方式,在使用的過程中,生產(chǎn)工效低,人機對話靠指示燈+按鈕+訊響器的工作方式,響應(yīng)慢,故障率高,可靠性差,系統(tǒng)的工作狀態(tài)、故障處理、設(shè)備監(jiān)控與維護只能憑經(jīng)驗被動的去查找故障點。且在生產(chǎn)過程中容易產(chǎn)生二次污染,造成合格率低,生產(chǎn)成本增加。而自動化生產(chǎn)線在眾多領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用得非常廣泛,其控
