1、摘要:文章探討了如何利用德國(guó)西門子PLCS7-200進(jìn)行飲料灌裝生產(chǎn)流水線的控制,重點(diǎn)分析了系統(tǒng)軟硬件設(shè)計(jì)部分,并給出了系統(tǒng)硬件接線圖、PLC控制I/O端口分配表以及整體程序流程圖等,實(shí)現(xiàn)了飲料灌裝的自動(dòng)化,提高了生產(chǎn)效率,降低了勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度。關(guān)鍵詞:PLC;自動(dòng)化飲料灌裝生產(chǎn)線;;系統(tǒng)硬件接線圖;I/O端口分配表傳統(tǒng)的飲料罐裝生產(chǎn)線的電氣設(shè)備控制系統(tǒng)是傳統(tǒng)的繼電器——接觸器控制方式,在使用的過(guò)程中,生產(chǎn)工效低,人機(jī)對(duì)話靠指示燈+按鈕+訊響器的工作方式,響應(yīng)慢,故障率高,可靠性差,系統(tǒng)的工作狀態(tài)、故障處理、設(shè)備監(jiān)控與維護(hù)只能憑經(jīng)驗(yàn)被動(dòng)的去查找故障點(diǎn)。且在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中

6、·······························20一、系統(tǒng)概況飲料灌裝生產(chǎn)流水線是指按一定控制要求將有關(guān)驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī)、電氣控制裝置、檢測(cè)裝置等組合為一體的多功能自動(dòng)控制裝置。本系統(tǒng)電鍍生產(chǎn)線采用了傳送帶,傳送帶用一臺(tái)電動(dòng)機(jī)控制,同時(shí)用變頻器對(duì)電機(jī)平滑調(diào)速。1、生產(chǎn)工藝及流程  該罐裝生產(chǎn)線為人工/自動(dòng)操作的工作程序,由2只電磁閥控制托瓶架的升降,2只電磁閥控制壓蓋的行程。驅(qū)動(dòng)部分有:清水泵、無(wú)菌泵、清洗輸送、灌裝輸送、灌裝泵。1.1、手動(dòng)控制工作狀態(tài)將操作臺(tái)上旋鈕置手動(dòng),各工位工作狀態(tài)如下:(1)按啟動(dòng)按鈕,傳送帶把洗過(guò)的空瓶送到托瓶架上;托瓶架啟

7、動(dòng),把洗過(guò)的空瓶送到罐裝機(jī)的罐裝口;罐裝泵啟動(dòng),罐滿后自動(dòng)停止;(2)按停止按鈕,傳送帶停止。1.2、自動(dòng)控制工作狀態(tài)(1)啟動(dòng):按下自動(dòng)按鈕后,生產(chǎn)線進(jìn)入自動(dòng)工作狀態(tài),具備工作條件后,瓶子隨著傳送帶進(jìn)入工序。(2)罐裝:當(dāng)瓶子隨著輸送帶平穩(wěn)的進(jìn)入托瓶架時(shí),托瓶架的限位開關(guān)信號(hào)送給PLC,翻瓶架的一組氣動(dòng)電磁閥打開,汽缸開始工作,將瓶子送到罐裝口的下部,這時(shí)汽缸上限信號(hào)送入PLC,罐裝泵開始啟動(dòng),在罐裝的過(guò)程中翻瓶架自動(dòng)落下,罐裝到一定的時(shí)間(及罐滿)后自動(dòng)停止(罐裝時(shí)間3/5加侖的設(shè)定時(shí)間不同),罐裝結(jié)束后,經(jīng)過(guò)一定的延時(shí)時(shí)間,罐裝輸送帶開始啟動(dòng)。一、設(shè)計(jì)任
