2、維酶素組、樂胃飲低、中、高劑量組,除正常對(duì)照組外,其余大鼠用2%水楊酸鈉灌胃、自由飲用MNNG溶液結(jié)合饑飽失常等綜合因素誘發(fā)慢性萎縮性胃炎模型。造模后各組予以灌胃治療4周。結(jié)果:與模型對(duì)照組比較,樂胃飲中、高劑量組的SOD含量顯著升高(P<0.01,P<0.05),樂胃飲中、高劑量組和維酶素組MDA含量顯著降低(P<0.01)。形態(tài)學(xué)結(jié)果顯示樂胃飲具有改善胃黏膜形態(tài)的功能。結(jié)論:樂胃飲可提高大鼠血清SOD活性,減少血清MDA含量,能有效清除氧自由基,具有良好的抗氧化作用;對(duì)慢性萎縮性胃炎的病理形態(tài)改變也有較好的
