2、它使設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程接近標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,使初步設(shè)計(jì)得以迅速實(shí)現(xiàn)。在本設(shè)計(jì)中,將對(duì)榨汁機(jī)內(nèi)支架的模具通過(guò)Pro/ENGINEER軟件進(jìn)行三維設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程進(jìn)行講解。在本設(shè)計(jì)中,首先對(duì)塑件結(jié)構(gòu)、材料特性、用途以及參數(shù)進(jìn)行分析,確定模具采用一模兩腔,并使用點(diǎn)澆口填充型腔的總體布局形式。在模具設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中,對(duì)側(cè)向抽芯機(jī)構(gòu),分型面的設(shè)計(jì),澆注系統(tǒng)、排氣系統(tǒng)、冷卻系統(tǒng)、脫模機(jī)構(gòu),進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹。最后通過(guò)對(duì)注塑機(jī)參數(shù)校核和生產(chǎn)驗(yàn)證,證明模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)合理性。通過(guò)本次模具設(shè)計(jì),可以看出,三維模具設(shè)計(jì)可以縮短設(shè)計(jì)周期,提高設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量,大大的增加工作效率。關(guān)鍵字:榨汁機(jī)內(nèi)支架;注塑模具;一模兩腔;側(cè)向抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)ABST
