2、收率,最終提高我國(guó)礦產(chǎn)資源的利用效率。因此研究新型粉碎技術(shù)與設(shè)備具有重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)和環(huán)境效益。高壓輥磨機(jī)作為一種超細(xì)碎設(shè)備具有單位破碎能耗低、單位鋼耗低、單位處理能力大、破碎產(chǎn)品粒度均勻、占地面積少、設(shè)備作業(yè)率高等特點(diǎn),受到國(guó)內(nèi)外專家和學(xué)者的關(guān)注,成為多碎少磨技術(shù)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。本論文對(duì)高壓輥磨機(jī)進(jìn)行了總體設(shè)計(jì)。首先根據(jù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式,設(shè)計(jì)完成給定任務(wù)量所需的高壓輥磨機(jī)的各部分參數(shù),如輥徑,輥寬、輥磨力,功率等參數(shù)。然后是結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和整體規(guī)劃。最后進(jìn)行非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件的尺寸確定與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件的選型。關(guān)鍵詞:高壓輥磨機(jī);組合輥;機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)AbstractAbo
