1、學(xué)生畢業(yè)論文題目:茶籽餅粕中茶皂素的提取及優(yōu)化工藝姓名:宋雪琴學(xué)號(hào):201012020123系別:應(yīng)用化學(xué)系班級(jí):生化1011指導(dǎo)教師:羅躍中老師2012年12月摘要茶籽榨油后所得的茶籽餅中含有一定的茶皂素,而從茶籽餅中提取茶皂素并使之綜合利用的問(wèn)題變得尤為重要。由于茶皂素其味苦而辣,從而影響茶籽餅的進(jìn)一步回收與利用。茶籽餅中茶皂素的利用也就成了關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問(wèn)題之一。我們用微波提取法從提取劑、提取濃度、提取次數(shù)、料液比等四個(gè)方面對(duì)茶籽餅中茶皂素的提取及含量測(cè)定做了進(jìn)一步的探討與研究。再利用紫外分光光度計(jì)進(jìn)行掃描,結(jié)合提取出
2、的茶皂素提取液,再經(jīng)香草醛?硫酸顯色法,得出茶皂素在470nm處出現(xiàn)最大吸收峰,即確定茶皂素的最大吸收波長(zhǎng)為470nm。用茶皂素標(biāo)準(zhǔn)樣,經(jīng)香草醛-硫酸顯色方法,繪制茶皂素定量的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線,然后通過(guò)單因素試驗(yàn)研究了提取劑、提取濃度、提取次數(shù)、料液比對(duì)茶皂素提取率的影響,通過(guò)正交試驗(yàn)確定了茶皂素的最佳工藝參數(shù):提取劑為乙醇、乙醇濃度為10%、提取次數(shù)為兩次,茶皂素的提取率最高。其提取率為3.62%。關(guān)鍵詞:茶籽餅、茶皂素、提取、含量測(cè)定、單因素試驗(yàn)、正交試驗(yàn)TitleIntea-seedCakeTeaSaponinExtra
