1、摘要目前我國經(jīng)濟正處于一個高速發(fā)展的階段,人們的生活質(zhì)量日益提高,財產(chǎn)也慢慢積累,漸漸富裕起來,買車的人也越來越多(家用車,客車,貨車),但是隨之而來的是一系列嚴(yán)峻而又急需要解決的問題,比如公路收費站停車稱重效率低下,通車速度慢,容易引起擁堵;公路上貨車超載引起的交通安全事故頻繁,威脅人們的生命財產(chǎn)安全;超載還會加快對道路的破壞,使公路的維護周期大大縮短,從而讓國家在道路維護上過多投入,造成資源浪費;超載也會減少國家的稅收大量流失,影響過家財政收入,此外,由于過載發(fā)動機會超負(fù)荷工作,容易造成環(huán)境的污染等系列衍生的嚴(yán)峻問題。為了解決這些問題,
2、提高通行效率,減少超載現(xiàn)象,于是動態(tài)測重技術(shù)(WIM)應(yīng)運而生。本設(shè)計參考國外動態(tài)稱重技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,以壓力傳感器,放大器,數(shù)模轉(zhuǎn)換裝置,微型控制器,顯示設(shè)備為核心部件,設(shè)計一個實用的動態(tài)測重系統(tǒng)。選用一種合適的數(shù)據(jù)處理方案,編寫程序,最后通過Proteus軟件的仿真,模擬整個稱重過程,從而驗證此方案的可行性。關(guān)鍵詞:動態(tài)稱重;壓力傳感器;算法;Proteus仿真IIIAbstractAtpresent,withthehigh-speeddevelopmentofChina’seconomy,people'squalityoflifeisin

5、ition,overloadengineoverworkingeasilycauseenvironmentalpollutionandotherseriesofseriousproblems.Inordertosolvethisproblem,improvetrafficefficiency,decreaseoverloadphenomenon,thedynamicweightingtechnique(WIM)cameintobeing.Basedonthenewtechnologyofdomesticandforeign,apractic
