7、mergencysupplydispatching;resourceallocationmodel 0引言 隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,社會(huì)中的非常規(guī)突發(fā)事件發(fā)生率也逐漸增加,對(duì)人們?nèi)罕姷纳a(chǎn)和生活產(chǎn)生了嚴(yán)重的影響。因此,塑造科學(xué)的應(yīng)急物資調(diào)度系統(tǒng),降低非常規(guī)性突發(fā)性事件產(chǎn)生的危害,逐漸成為相關(guān)人員分析的熱點(diǎn)方向[1?3]?,F(xiàn)存的應(yīng)急物資調(diào)度系統(tǒng),對(duì)大型物資進(jìn)行調(diào)度過程中,存在調(diào)度效率低,以及容易陷入局部最佳解等問題[4?6]?! ∫酝膽?yīng)急物資調(diào)度系統(tǒng)存在一定弊端,如文獻(xiàn)[7]分析了基于兩階段多運(yùn)輸方式的物資調(diào)度
8、系統(tǒng),模擬救援物資的運(yùn)輸方案,通過隨機(jī)線性方法塑造物資調(diào)度模型,解決物資供需平衡問題。但是該方法未對(duì)車輛調(diào)度問題進(jìn)行分析,方法不夠完整,存在一定的局限性。文獻(xiàn)[8]提出了緊急狀態(tài)下物資供應(yīng)問題的線性規(guī)劃模型,向各條線路上分配最佳運(yùn)輸車輛,但是其未對(duì)車輛的數(shù)量進(jìn)行約束,不符合應(yīng)急物資場(chǎng)景,并且其不能對(duì)大量同物資調(diào)度關(guān)聯(lián)的空間數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行有效的處理,調(diào)度效率較低。文
