2、含有251個家系的重組自交系(RIL)群體為材料,在河北保定市和邯鄲大名縣兩地進行表型鑒定,利用Pearson’s相關(guān)和逐步多元回歸分析了花生農(nóng)藝性狀之間及其與標記的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果表明,多數(shù)農(nóng)藝性狀間存在顯著或極顯著相關(guān),其中相關(guān)性最高的為單株生產(chǎn)力和單株仁重(r=0.970),其次是主莖高和第一側(cè)枝長(r=0.918);77個SSR標記與18個農(nóng)藝性狀顯著相關(guān),每個性狀相關(guān)標記數(shù)在2~16之間;14個SSR標記與13個農(nóng)藝性狀關(guān)聯(lián),解釋的表型變異為5.2%~11.5%。以上結(jié)果為花生常規(guī)育種和分子標記輔助選擇奠定了基礎(chǔ)。關(guān)鍵詞:花
