1、益氣活血湯治療冠心病介入術(shù)后心絞痛患者的臨床療效觀(guān)察李婷崔雪峰張亞艷王居新魏明張紹開(kāi)北京市昌平區(qū)屮醫(yī)醫(yī)院心血管病科北京102200R的：觀(guān)察益氣活血湯治療冠心病介入術(shù)后心絞痛患考的臨床療效。方法：將78例冠心病介入術(shù)后心絞痛患者隨機(jī)分為兩組：其屮治療組39例，給予益氣活血湯(黨參、黃芪、桃仁、紅花、當(dāng)歸、川芎、赤芍、生地、丹參、元胡、郁金)及西醫(yī)常規(guī)治療；對(duì)照組39例，僅采用西醫(yī)常規(guī)治療。兩組療程均為半年，分別對(duì)治療前后心絞痛發(fā)作頻率、心電圖的變化、臨床癥狀積分等方面進(jìn)行觀(guān)察。結(jié)果：治療組臨床癥狀積分、心電圖均明顯改善(P<0.01),優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論：益氣活血湯能改善心肌
