1、高尿酸血癥與代謝綜合征各組分關(guān)系的臨床研究2011年7月第8卷第20期?臨床研究?高尿酸血癥與代謝綜合征各組分關(guān)系的臨床研究林丹,鄭祿城,許曉玲.1.汕頭大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院第一附屬醫(yī)院內(nèi)分泌科,廣東汕頭515041;2.汕頭潮南民生醫(yī)院內(nèi)二科,廣東汕頭515144I摘要]目的:探討高尿酸血癥與代謝綜合征各組分的關(guān)系.方法:嚴(yán)格篩選我院內(nèi)分泌科門診進(jìn)行糖尿病篩查的1000例作為研究對象,其中代謝綜合征患者258例為觀察組,無代謝綜合征742例為對照組,對兩組人群的血糖,血壓,膽固醇,三酰甘油,高密度脂蛋白,血尿酸及身高,體重,腰圍進(jìn)行測定,并進(jìn)行比較分析.結(jié)果:觀察組血糖,血壓,
2、膽固醇,三酰甘油及腰圍,體重指數(shù)均顯著高于對照組,且高血尿酸組各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均明顯高于血尿酸正常人群.且無論有無代謝綜合征,男性血尿酸水平明顯高于女性,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05).結(jié)論:高尿酸血癥與代謝綜合征各組分關(guān)系密切,可通過監(jiān)測血尿酸水平為心腦血管疾病的早期防治和預(yù)測提供重要的理論依據(jù).【關(guān)鍵詞】高尿酸血癥;代謝綜合征;高血壓;糖尿病【中圖分類號】R589【文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼】B【文章編號】1673—7212(2011)O7(b卜085—03Theclinicalresearchoftherelationshipbetweenhighuricacidhematic
