1、多相電機(jī)論文:電動(dòng)汽車(chē)用容錯(cuò)永磁同步電機(jī)的研究【中文摘要】隨著電動(dòng)汽車(chē)對(duì)可靠性和容錯(cuò)性能要求的不斷提高,傳統(tǒng)的三相電機(jī)難以滿(mǎn)足這些要求,多相電機(jī)在能夠滿(mǎn)足電動(dòng)汽車(chē)對(duì)可靠性苛刻要求的同時(shí)還有著高功率密度、低轉(zhuǎn)矩波動(dòng)的優(yōu)勢(shì)。本文研究的多相容錯(cuò)電機(jī)可以作為下一代電動(dòng)汽車(chē)的高性能動(dòng)力執(zhí)行方案,而且還可以推廣應(yīng)用到艦船推進(jìn)以及航空航天等領(lǐng)域。首先分析了容錯(cuò)電機(jī)的特點(diǎn),明確電機(jī)的基本設(shè)計(jì)原則;綜合考慮多種因素確定電機(jī)的相數(shù),研究多相電機(jī)的基本原理,研究基于磁路法的多相電機(jī)電磁設(shè)計(jì)方法,通過(guò)建立有限元模型驗(yàn)證設(shè)計(jì)方法的正確性。其次研究了基于有限元計(jì)算結(jié)果的電感參數(shù)計(jì)算方法,考慮交叉磁化對(duì)電
2、感參數(shù)的影響,給出計(jì)算流程,研究飽和時(shí)交叉磁化現(xiàn)象對(duì)電機(jī)電感參數(shù)的影響。接下來(lái)針對(duì)多相電機(jī)對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)矩密度及轉(zhuǎn)矩波動(dòng)的特殊要求,選擇合適的繞組排布方式,研究了極弧系數(shù),充磁方向以及槽口寬度對(duì)電機(jī)性能的影響,由此確定電機(jī)的最優(yōu)設(shè)計(jì)方案,并且對(duì)電機(jī)在全速度范圍內(nèi)的電磁性能進(jìn)行分析。進(jìn)一步分析電機(jī)在一相開(kāi)路,兩相開(kāi)路以及一相短路下的轉(zhuǎn)矩輸出能力,使用相量法對(duì)故障下的轉(zhuǎn)矩波動(dòng)根源進(jìn)行研究。最后研究了氣隙磁動(dòng)勢(shì)中的諧波分布情況,對(duì)次諧波在永磁體中造成的渦流損耗進(jìn)行了研究,并提出減小永磁體中渦流損耗的有效辦法。【英文摘要】Toelectricvehiclesandotherfacilities
