6、的顧客群體分析李鵬摘要網(wǎng)上銀行是傳統(tǒng)銀行業(yè)在信息技術(shù)條件下發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物,是銀行業(yè)未來發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)。當(dāng)前我國的網(wǎng)上銀行在規(guī)模和質(zhì)量上都落后于國外發(fā)達(dá)國家,如何在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化和中國金融業(yè)2006全面開放的大背景下大力發(fā)展中國的網(wǎng)上銀行,是一個(gè)艱難的課題。本文從對(duì)網(wǎng)上銀行顧客群體結(jié)構(gòu)和特征的分析入手,加之國際比較,探尋我國網(wǎng)上銀行存在的問題以及與國外發(fā)達(dá)國家的差距,繼而有針對(duì)性地提出相關(guān)營銷策略,以期為我國當(dāng)前網(wǎng)上銀行的發(fā)展做出一些努力。關(guān)鍵詞:網(wǎng)上銀行顧客群體營銷策略31AnalysisofDifferentCustomerGroupsoftheOnlineBanki
