1、腦梗死患者血清超敏c反應蛋白和血漿D-二聚體水平測定的臨床應用李靜梅冬Na延安大學附屬瓦院檢驗科摘要:R的:探討腦梗死患者血清超皺C反應蛋口和血漿D-二聚體水平測定的臨床應用。方法:隨機選取我院收治的60例腦梗死患者(檢查組)與同期就診的50例健康人員作為對照組,對所有體檢者進行血清超敏C反應蛋白(hs-CRP)與血漿D-二聚體水平檢測,并對比兩組人員的檢測結果。結果:檢查組患者的血清hs-CRP為(14.53+6.33)mg/L^血漿D-二聚體水平為(0.43+0.17)mg/L,對照組的血清hs-CRP為(1.65±0.52)mg/L>血漿D-二聚體水平為(0
2、.14±0.06)mg/L,通過兩組人員的血清超敏C反應蛋口和血漿D-二聚體水平比較,檢查組腦梗死患者的血清超敏C反應蛋白和血漿D-二聚體水平明顯要高于對照組,兩組人員的比較差異較顯著,有統(tǒng)計學意義。其中腦梗死患者的不同臨床分型組間(輕度、中度、重度)血清超敏C反應蛋白和血漿D-二聚體水平比較差異,具有統(tǒng)計學意義,而與血漿D-二聚體水平相比,差異不顯著,無統(tǒng)計學意義。結論:血清超敏C反應蛋口和血漿D-二聚體水平與腦梗死發(fā)生具有密切的關系,兩者聯(lián)合檢測可以判斷腦梗死患者的病情輕重程度,具有非常重要的臨床意義。關鍵詞:腦梗死;血清超敏C反應蛋白;血漿D-二聚體水平;檢
