1、腦梗死患者血清超敏c反應(yīng)蛋白和血漿D-二聚體水平測(cè)定的臨床應(yīng)用李靜梅冬Na延安大學(xué)附屬瓦院檢驗(yàn)科摘要：R的:探討腦梗死患者血清超皺C(jī)反應(yīng)蛋口和血漿D-二聚體水平測(cè)定的臨床應(yīng)用。方法:隨機(jī)選取我院收治的60例腦梗死患者(檢查組)與同期就診的50例健康人員作為對(duì)照組，對(duì)所有體檢者進(jìn)行血清超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白(hs-CRP)與血漿D-二聚體水平檢測(cè)，并對(duì)比兩組人員的檢測(cè)結(jié)果。結(jié)果:檢查組患者的血清hs-CRP為(14.53+6.33)mg/L^血漿D-二聚體水平為(0.43+0.17)mg/L,對(duì)照組的血清hs-CRP為(1.65±0.52)mg/L＞血漿D-二聚體水平為(0
2、.14±0.06)mg/L,通過兩組人員的血清超敏C反應(yīng)蛋口和血漿D-二聚體水平比較，檢查組腦梗死患者的血清超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白和血漿D-二聚體水平明顯要高于對(duì)照組，兩組人員的比較差異較顯著，有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。其中腦梗死患者的不同臨床分型組間(輕度、中度、重度)血清超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白和血漿D-二聚體水平比較差異，具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義，而與血漿D-二聚體水平相比，差異不顯著，無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:血清超敏C反應(yīng)蛋口和血漿D-二聚體水平與腦梗死發(fā)生具有密切的關(guān)系，兩者聯(lián)合檢測(cè)可以判斷腦梗死患者的病情輕重程度，具有非常重要的臨床意義。關(guān)鍵詞：腦梗死;血清超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白;血漿D-二聚體水平;檢
