1、現(xiàn)代食品科技ModernFoodScienceandTechnology2015,Vol.31,No.6蕎麥粉對(duì)高脂膳食大鼠脂代謝的影響1,21,211,21,2王丹,葛洪娟,張笑,張嵐,宋春梅(1.吉林醫(yī)藥學(xué)院公共衛(wèi)生學(xué)院,吉林吉林132013)(2.吉林省中醫(yī)藥管理局二級(jí)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,吉林吉林132013)摘要:本文研究了蕎麥粉(buckwheat,BW)對(duì)高脂膳食大鼠脂代謝的影響。將50只成年Wistar雄性大鼠隨機(jī)分為基礎(chǔ)對(duì)照組、高脂模型組、蕎麥粉低、中、高劑量組(1、5、10g/kg·d),每天喂食一次,飼喂30d后腹主動(dòng)脈取血,取出肝臟、腎周及睪丸附近脂肪,分別
2、測(cè)定血清和肝臟中的總膽固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDL-C)的水平,并觀察肝臟病理切片。結(jié)果表明,與高脂膳食組相比,蕎麥劑量組大鼠體重和食物攝入量都明顯減少,肝重和脂肪重及其指數(shù)也明顯降低,血清和肝臟中TC、TG、LDL-C的濃度降低,HDL-C的濃度升高。肝臟光鏡結(jié)構(gòu)表明,蕎麥劑量組的肝臟脂肪變性均減輕,其中蕎麥粉高劑量作用最為明顯。說(shuō)明蕎麥粉干預(yù)高脂膳食,可起到降血脂、改善肝臟脂代謝、保護(hù)肝臟的作用,同時(shí)能夠減少相關(guān)疾病的發(fā)生。關(guān)鍵詞:蕎麥粉;高脂膳食;脂代謝;光鏡結(jié)構(gòu)文章篇號(hào):1673-9078(201
