1、摘要電動(dòng)汽車(chē)將作為本世紀(jì)的重要交通工具,以其節(jié)約石油資源、減少大氣污染等優(yōu)勢(shì),越來(lái)越受到重視。然而電動(dòng)汽車(chē)用電機(jī)在實(shí)現(xiàn)汽車(chē)的走動(dòng)與驅(qū)動(dòng)功能時(shí),仍存在大量的問(wèn)題,基于DSP的電動(dòng)汽車(chē)異步電機(jī)的直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制是電杌的高性能交流變頻調(diào)速的新技術(shù)之一。本論文中通過(guò)對(duì)三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)作出四條假設(shè),得到電機(jī)的等效物理模型。并據(jù)此建立了異步電動(dòng)機(jī)在三相坐標(biāo)系和二相靜止坐標(biāo)系下的數(shù)學(xué)模型,后者用于直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制的研究。為了便于分析,將磁路問(wèn)題轉(zhuǎn)換成電路拓?fù)涞男问剑茖?dǎo)出定轉(zhuǎn)子之間的等效電路。由T—II型瞬態(tài)等效電路得出異步電動(dòng)機(jī)的三種磁鏈模型。將異步電動(dòng)機(jī)和逆變器作為一個(gè)整體,建立了逆變器的數(shù)學(xué)
2、模型。在建立異步電動(dòng)機(jī)的數(shù)學(xué)模型之后,采用空間電壓矢量分析方法討論了直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制的基本原理結(jié)構(gòu)及其算法,著重研究了圓形磁鏈自控制和無(wú)速度傳感器技術(shù)在直接轉(zhuǎn)矩變頻調(diào)速中的應(yīng)用。在理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上,研究了以1MS320LF2407DSPEVM板為核心的控制電路和以IPM為功率器件的主回路,并在CC’C2000環(huán)境下實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于TMS320LF2407DSP的異步電動(dòng)機(jī)直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制算法。本論文完成了以u(píng)—n為磁鏈模型圓形磁鏈和模型參考自適應(yīng)法的無(wú)速度傳感器等算法研究。然后實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于JTAG的軟件在線調(diào)試。關(guān)鍵詞:電動(dòng)汽車(chē);異步電動(dòng)機(jī);直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制;DSPAbstractElectr
