1、摘要機(jī)械加工行業(yè)作為一個(gè)傳統(tǒng)而富有活力的行業(yè),近十幾年取得了突飛猛進(jìn)的發(fā)展,在新經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,行業(yè)呈現(xiàn)了新的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),由此對(duì)其質(zhì)量、性能要求有了新的變化。現(xiàn)在機(jī)械加工行業(yè)發(fā)生著結(jié)構(gòu)性變化,工藝工裝夾具的設(shè)計(jì)與改良已成為企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展的必要條件,工藝工裝夾具的設(shè)計(jì)與改良直接影響加工產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量與性能。本課題主要是針對(duì)支架工藝規(guī)程和加工3×Φ7螺紋孔工裝夾具設(shè)計(jì)及其調(diào)研,文中介紹了支架的加工工藝規(guī)程,以及在制定過程中所遇到問題的分析、工時(shí)定額、切削用量的計(jì)算等。同時(shí)通過對(duì)夾具整體方案的設(shè)計(jì),定位機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì),以及了解了專用夾具的設(shè)計(jì)要求,詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)出了支架零件鉆3×Φ7螺紋孔的夾具機(jī)構(gòu),并
2、對(duì)加工中用到的夾具的設(shè)計(jì)過程,包括定位、夾緊及誤差進(jìn)行了分析和計(jì)算。通過設(shè)計(jì),進(jìn)一步熟悉了加工工件工藝分析過程,了解夾具的設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)程,通過調(diào)研和查閱資料,從而設(shè)計(jì)出最佳的加工工藝方案和工件專用的夾具。通過刀具的合理選擇以及夾具的實(shí)際設(shè)計(jì),掌握了一個(gè)零件加工工藝方案如何制定、夾具如何設(shè)計(jì),并提高分析問題解決問題的能力。通過使用AutoCAD和Proe進(jìn)行夾具設(shè)計(jì),進(jìn)一步提高了計(jì)算機(jī)繪圖能力,為我以后的學(xué)習(xí)和工作奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ)。關(guān)鍵詞:支架;工藝方案;夾具;刀具ABSTRACTMechanicalprocessingindustryasatraditionalandvigorou
