1、摘要機(jī)械加工行業(yè)作為一個傳統(tǒng)而富有活力的行業(yè),近十幾年取得了突飛猛進(jìn)的發(fā)展,在新經(jīng)濟(jì)時代,行業(yè)呈現(xiàn)了新的發(fā)展趨勢,由此對其質(zhì)量、性能要求有了新的變化?,F(xiàn)在機(jī)械加工行業(yè)發(fā)生著結(jié)構(gòu)性變化,工藝工裝夾具的設(shè)計與改良已成為企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展的必要條件,工藝工裝夾具的設(shè)計與改良直接影響加工產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量與性能。本課題主要是針對支架工藝規(guī)程和加工3×Φ7螺紋孔工裝夾具設(shè)計及其調(diào)研,文中介紹了支架的加工工藝規(guī)程,以及在制定過程中所遇到問題的分析、工時定額、切削用量的計算等。同時通過對夾具整體方案的設(shè)計,定位機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計,以及了解了專用夾具的設(shè)計要求,詳細(xì)設(shè)計出了支架零件鉆3×Φ7螺紋孔的夾具機(jī)構(gòu),并
2、對加工中用到的夾具的設(shè)計過程,包括定位、夾緊及誤差進(jìn)行了分析和計算。通過設(shè)計,進(jìn)一步熟悉了加工工件工藝分析過程,了解夾具的設(shè)計規(guī)程,通過調(diào)研和查閱資料,從而設(shè)計出最佳的加工工藝方案和工件專用的夾具。通過刀具的合理選擇以及夾具的實(shí)際設(shè)計,掌握了一個零件加工工藝方案如何制定、夾具如何設(shè)計,并提高分析問題解決問題的能力。通過使用AutoCAD和Proe進(jìn)行夾具設(shè)計,進(jìn)一步提高了計算機(jī)繪圖能力,為我以后的學(xué)習(xí)和工作奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ)。關(guān)鍵詞:支架;工藝方案;夾具;刀具ABSTRACTMechanicalprocessingindustryasatraditionalandvigorou
