1、RANKL和IL-17A在中耳膽脂瘤中的表達(dá)及相關(guān)性研究田斐李青峰冀永進(jìn)馬敏山西醫(yī)科大學(xué)第二醫(yī)院耳鼻咽喉頭頸外科(太原030001)【摘要】目的觀察破骨細(xì)胞分化因T(RANKL)和白介素-17A(1L-17A)在中耳膽脂瘤組織中的表達(dá),探討二者在中耳膽脂瘤骨質(zhì)破壞機(jī)制中的作用。方法采用免疫組織化學(xué)兩步法和計(jì)算機(jī)圖像定量分析法,檢測RAN?KL、IL-17A在25例中耳膽脂瘤上皮、16例膽脂瘤周潮肉芽組織及15例正常外耳道皮膚中的表達(dá),同時(shí)觀察二者的表達(dá)與臨床聽小骨骨質(zhì)破壞程度的相互關(guān)系。結(jié)果(1)RANKL、IL-1
2、7A在膽脂瘤上皮及膽脂瘤周圍肉芽組織中表達(dá)增高,分別與正常對照組比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(?fusxL=9.864.5.630,均戸<0.05;仏加=13.905、9.011,均P<0.05),且二者的表達(dá)與骨質(zhì)破壞程度相關(guān)。(2)在膽脂瘤上皮及膽脂瘤周圍肉芽組織中,RANKL與IL-17A的表達(dá)呈正相關(guān)(riff=0.692,“芽二0.538,Pv0.05)。結(jié)論RANKL及IL-17A在中耳膽脂瘤組織中呈高表達(dá),與骨質(zhì)破壞程度成正比,表明其與膽脂瘤骨質(zhì)破壞機(jī)制密切相關(guān);RANKL與IL-17A表達(dá)有相關(guān)性,提示二
