2、化法生產(chǎn)低硫汽油技術(shù)??疾炝溯腿┮约把趸瘲l件和萃取條件對(duì)脫硫效果的影響。結(jié)果表明,在汽油10mL,雙氧水0.01mL,催化劑0.0016g,氧化溫度30℃,氧化時(shí)間60min的條件下,采用復(fù)合溶劑LJ一1進(jìn)行萃取,萃取溫度20℃,靜置時(shí)間15min,劑油比為1時(shí),直溜汽油中的硫含量由179.3mg/L降至10.8mg/L,脫硫率達(dá)94.O%。氧化萃取時(shí)的脫硫率比未經(jīng)氧化直接萃取時(shí)的脫硫率高45.6%,氧化脫硫效果顯著。關(guān)鍵詞:雙氧水;磷鎢酸十六烷基三甲基銨;氧化脫硫;汽油中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):TQ028文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:ADeepdesulphurizatiO
