1、分類:默認(rèn)欄目(一)開(kāi)場(chǎng)白我們前面講電話營(yíng)銷的特征的時(shí)候提到,要在短時(shí)間內(nèi)吸引客戶,就是對(duì)開(kāi)場(chǎng)白的要求。開(kāi)場(chǎng)白就像一本書(shū)的書(shū)名,或報(bào)紙的大標(biāo)題一樣,如果使用得當(dāng)?shù)脑?,可以立刻使人產(chǎn)生好奇心并想一探究竟。反之,則會(huì)使人覺(jué)得索然無(wú)味,不再想繼續(xù)聽(tīng)下去。我們舉一些錯(cuò)誤的實(shí)例:示例1,首次和客戶的電話溝通:“您好,陳先生,我是***公司市場(chǎng)部的張明,***公司已經(jīng)成立5年多了,和*********合作也已經(jīng)很多年了,不知道您是否曾經(jīng)聽(tīng)說(shuō)我們公司?”錯(cuò)誤點(diǎn):1、銷售員沒(méi)有說(shuō)明為何打電話過(guò)來(lái),及對(duì)客戶有何好
2、處。2、客戶根本不在意你們公司成立多久,和誰(shuí)誰(shuí)合作,或是否曾經(jīng)聽(tīng)過(guò)你的公司。(客戶不關(guān)心的問(wèn)題,不要放在重點(diǎn)的開(kāi)場(chǎng)白中,可能我們?cè)趯?shí)際中還有一些類似的問(wèn)題,可能沒(méi)有這么嚴(yán)重)示例2:銷售員:“您好,陳先生,我是***公司市場(chǎng)部的張名,我們是專業(yè)提供*****的******,請(qǐng)問(wèn)你現(xiàn)在在用那家公司的產(chǎn)品?”錯(cuò)誤點(diǎn):1、銷售員沒(méi)有說(shuō)明為何打電話過(guò)來(lái),以及對(duì)客戶有何好處。2、在還沒(méi)有提到對(duì)客戶有何好處前就開(kāi)始問(wèn)問(wèn)題,讓人立即產(chǎn)生防衛(wèi)的心理。示例3:銷售員:“您好,陳先生,我是***公司市場(chǎng)部的張名,前
3、幾天前我有寄一些光盤/資料給您,不曉得您收到?jīng)]有?錯(cuò)誤點(diǎn):1、同樣問(wèn)題沒(méi)有說(shuō)明為何打電話過(guò)來(lái),及對(duì)客戶有何好處。2、平常大家都很忙,即使收到資料也不見(jiàn)得會(huì)看,而且讓他們有機(jī)會(huì)回答:“我沒(méi)有收到。(資料、產(chǎn)品要說(shuō)明白)甲方有義務(wù)監(jiān)督用工單位在確定乙方的勞動(dòng)定額應(yīng)當(dāng)是用工單位同崗位百分之九十以上勞動(dòng)者在法定工作時(shí)間內(nèi)能夠完成的includingincentives)toensuretheachievementofthequalityobjectives.Accordingtothecompany's
