1、實(shí)用醫(yī)學(xué)雜志2015年第31卷第7期腎上腺切除幼鼠癲癇易感性及海馬CRHmRNA的表達(dá)王雅潔鄒麗萍摘要目的:探討腎上腺切除幼鼠癲癇易感性及對(duì)海馬促腎上腺皮質(zhì)激素釋放激素(CRH)mRNA表達(dá)的影響。方法:60只WistarPIO幼鼠隨機(jī)均分為空白對(duì)照組、腎上腺切除組、假手術(shù)組。手術(shù)次日腹腔注射NMDA7mg/kg誘發(fā)抽搐,評(píng)價(jià)發(fā)作潛伏期(min)及程度。原位雜交方法檢測(cè)海馬CRHmRNA表達(dá)。結(jié)果:空白對(duì)照組潛伏期、評(píng)分為(43.65±2.96)min、4.40±0.60,腎上腺切除組為(35.05±2.35)min、5.56±0.76,假手術(shù)組為(42.604-1
2、.90)min、4.55±0.76。腎上腺切除組與其他2組比較,潛伏期、評(píng)分差異具有顯著性(F=73.73,P<0.05;F=15.52,P<0.05),3組幼鼠海馬CRHmRNA陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率為20%、55%、15%,與其他2組相比,腎上腺切除組海馬CRHmRNA增加具有顯著意義(x=9.048,P<0.05)。結(jié)論:腎上腺切除幼鼠潛伏期縮短、評(píng)分增加,海馬CRHmRNA提高,提示腎上腺切除幼鼠對(duì)致癇劑NMDA敏感性增高。關(guān)鍵詞痙攣,嬰兒;腎上腺切除;腎上腺糖皮質(zhì)激素釋放激素;N一甲基一D一天冬氨酸Efectofbilateraladrenalectomyonthes
