1、預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土先簡(jiǎn)支后連續(xù)梁橋設(shè)計(jì)摘要本次設(shè)計(jì)是有關(guān)預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土連續(xù)箱梁橋設(shè)計(jì),橋梁跨徑35m+50m+35m,先簡(jiǎn)支后連續(xù)結(jié)構(gòu)梁橋在高等級(jí)公路中得到了越來(lái)越多的使用,漸漸代替了原來(lái)單一的簡(jiǎn)支梁橋或連續(xù)梁橋,它兼顧了簡(jiǎn)支梁橋和連續(xù)梁橋兩者的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。而體系轉(zhuǎn)化在先簡(jiǎn)支后連續(xù)梁橋施工中具有重要意義。箱梁吊裝完成后,預(yù)制梁非連續(xù)端安裝在永久支座上,連續(xù)端安裝在臨時(shí)支座上,此時(shí)墩頂永久支座暫不受力,由臨時(shí)支座參與結(jié)構(gòu)受力,支撐箱梁,每跨之間為簡(jiǎn)支體系,待體系轉(zhuǎn)換完成后,形成整體的連續(xù)結(jié)構(gòu)體系,再將臨時(shí)支座拆除,使原來(lái)布置在墩頂中間的永久支座參與受力。?簡(jiǎn)支轉(zhuǎn)連續(xù)體
2、系轉(zhuǎn)換的主要施工工序是先連接橋面板鋼筋、端橫梁鋼筋及澆筑端橫梁混凝土,再逐次連接連續(xù)接頭段及設(shè)置接頭鋼束波紋管并穿束、綁扎中橫梁鋼筋、澆筑連續(xù)接頭段和與頂板鋼束同長(zhǎng)范圍內(nèi)的濕接縫,待混凝土達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)強(qiáng)度要求后,進(jìn)行墩頂鋼束張拉及壓漿,再由跨中向支點(diǎn)澆筑剩余部分的濕接縫,最后拆除臨時(shí)支座,使梁支承在永久支座上,經(jīng)支座轉(zhuǎn)換形成連續(xù)梁體系。?簡(jiǎn)支轉(zhuǎn)連續(xù)梁橋體系形成的關(guān)鍵是結(jié)構(gòu)從簡(jiǎn)支狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)換為連續(xù)狀態(tài),包括混凝土現(xiàn)澆段施工、頂板負(fù)彎矩預(yù)應(yīng)力張拉和臨時(shí)支座的拆除。其中連續(xù)端澆筑及張拉壓漿順序采用對(duì)稱澆筑、對(duì)稱張拉。本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)主梁采用等高度箱型截面,橫向布置4片箱
3、梁。設(shè)計(jì)車速100Km/h,3車道,橋梁總寬:0.5+3×3.8+0.5=12.4m。橋軸線為直線,道路縱坡3%,橫向坡度1.5%。設(shè)計(jì)荷載標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為公路Ⅰ級(jí)。由于計(jì)算過(guò)程中有較多的數(shù)據(jù)處理,如采用手算較為繁瑣,且準(zhǔn)確性得不到保證,因此采用計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)。本次設(shè)計(jì)采用了AUTOCAD、橋梁博士、EXCEL電子表格等軟件,通過(guò)本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì),大幅提升了自己對(duì)辦公軟件及橋梁設(shè)計(jì)軟件使用能力。關(guān)鍵詞:預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土連續(xù)梁橋先簡(jiǎn)支后連續(xù)橋梁博士ThedesignofprestressedconcretecontinuousboxgirderbridgedesignAb
