1、工業(yè)級磷酸二氫鉀除砷制備食品級聚偏磷酸鉀錢廁丁一剛龍秉文武漢工程大學化工與制藥學院綠色化工過程教育部重點實驗室湖北樣云(集團)化工股份有限公司介紹了以工業(yè)級磷酸二氫鉀為原料,通過去除微量的砷雜質(zhì)制備食品級磷酸二氫鉀,再經(jīng)過脫水聚合制備聚偏磷酸鉀的方法。其中微量砷離子脫除是重要的一步。除砷方法是將工業(yè)級磷酸二氫鉀加熱至熔融狀態(tài),利用氫鹵酸與砷離子反應生成低沸點的鹵化砷,并在高溫下氣化分離出去,以達到脫除微量砷的目的,得到食品級磷酸二氫鉀??疾炝朔磻獣r間、攪拌轉速、鹵化氫用量對除砷效果的影響,當磷酸二氫鉀與氫鹵
2、酸物質(zhì)的量比低于16.7、攪拌轉速大于250r/min、反應時間在45min以上時,可以使工業(yè)級磷酸二氫鉀中的砷含量達到食品級磷酸二氫鉀的要求。采用化學分析以及X射線衍射(XRD)、紅外光譜(TR)、拉曼光譜(Raman)等表征手段,綜合分析丫聚偏磷酸鐘實驗樣品的黏度、分子組成等,并與商業(yè)樣品相比較,結果表明二者性質(zhì)一致,并達到了國家標準的要求。關鍵詞:磷酸二氫鉀;聚偏磷酸鉀;鹵化砷;聯(lián)系方式:bingwen_long@163.Productionoffoodgradepotassiumpolymetaph
