1、工業(yè)級(jí)磷酸二氫鉀除砷制備食品級(jí)聚偏磷酸鉀錢廁丁一剛龍秉文武漢工程大學(xué)化工與制藥學(xué)院綠色化工過程教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室湖北樣云(集團(tuán))化工股份有限公司介紹了以工業(yè)級(jí)磷酸二氫鉀為原料,通過去除微量的砷雜質(zhì)制備食品級(jí)磷酸二氫鉀,再經(jīng)過脫水聚合制備聚偏磷酸鉀的方法。其中微量砷離子脫除是重要的一步。除砷方法是將工業(yè)級(jí)磷酸二氫鉀加熱至熔融狀態(tài),利用氫鹵酸與砷離子反應(yīng)生成低沸點(diǎn)的鹵化砷,并在高溫下氣化分離出去,以達(dá)到脫除微量砷的目的,得到食品級(jí)磷酸二氫鉀??疾炝朔磻?yīng)時(shí)間、攪拌轉(zhuǎn)速、鹵化氫用量對(duì)除砷效果的影響,當(dāng)磷酸二氫鉀與氫鹵
2、酸物質(zhì)的量比低于16.7、攪拌轉(zhuǎn)速大于250r/min、反應(yīng)時(shí)間在45min以上時(shí),可以使工業(yè)級(jí)磷酸二氫鉀中的砷含量達(dá)到食品級(jí)磷酸二氫鉀的要求。采用化學(xué)分析以及X射線衍射(XRD)、紅外光譜(TR)、拉曼光譜(Raman)等表征手段,綜合分析丫聚偏磷酸鐘實(shí)驗(yàn)樣品的黏度、分子組成等,并與商業(yè)樣品相比較,結(jié)果表明二者性質(zhì)一致,并達(dá)到了國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。關(guān)鍵詞:磷酸二氫鉀;聚偏磷酸鉀;鹵化砷;聯(lián)系方式:bingwen_long@163.Productionoffoodgradepotassiumpolymetaph
