1、雷公藤多甙對急性移植物抗宿主病小鼠的作用論文于艷秋,張義俠,金玉楠,盧曉梅,王巍,張海鵬【摘要】本研究應(yīng)用雷公藤多甙防治小鼠急性移植物抗宿主病。對受致死量照射的C57BL/6受鼠,注入供鼠BABC/c骨髓與脾淋巴細(xì)胞的混合液,并給予雷公藤多甙、環(huán)孢素A、甲氨蝶呤處理。用免疫組織化學(xué)法、流式細(xì)胞術(shù)和ELISA法檢測各組小鼠T淋巴細(xì)胞、黏附分子、細(xì)胞因子。結(jié)果表明:所有異基因?qū)φ战M小鼠.freelRNA的表達(P0.05);上調(diào)血清中IL-10的水平(P0.05),但對IL-4的作用不顯著(P0.05)。結(jié)論:雷公藤多甙具有明顯抗aGVHD作用并
