1、高度近視白內(nèi)障術(shù)后高眼壓觀察摘要目的：觀察高度近視患者白內(nèi)障術(shù)后的眼壓變化。方法：對單純老年性白內(nèi)障183例(192眼)A組，與同期進(jìn)行的高度近視合并白內(nèi)障患者58例(64眼)，其中高度近視(-6D～-10D)37例(39眼)B組，超高度近視(＞-10D)21例(25眼)C組均行白內(nèi)障囊外摘出(ECCE)聯(lián)合后房型人工晶狀體植入術(shù)。結(jié)果：術(shù)后隨訪中，A、B、C組術(shù)前眼壓均在正常范圍，各組之間差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P＞005)，A組術(shù)后1天、1周、2周、3個月的眼壓與術(shù)前相比差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P＞0

2、05)，B組、C組術(shù)后1天，1周的眼壓與術(shù)前相比差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P＜005)，B組、C組術(shù)后2周、3個月的眼壓與術(shù)前相比差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P＞005)。A組眼壓升高7例(364%)，B組眼壓升高8例(2051%)，C組眼壓升高6例(24%)。結(jié)論：高度近視由于眼部解剖等原因，白內(nèi)障摘除術(shù)后易導(dǎo)致高眼壓。術(shù)后注意觀察眼壓變化，及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)處理高眼壓，促進(jìn)術(shù)后視功能恢復(fù)。關(guān)鍵詞白內(nèi)障高度近視眼壓doi:10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2012.14.185AbstractOb
