3、ionoftheworld’stechnologicaldevelopmentinmobiletelecommunications.AndthedesignofaswitchingcomputationmethodfortheRRMStrategyisakeyelementandtechnologicalcruxfortheTD-SCDMAtechnology.Inretrospection,Ifoundthatitwasmygreatenthusiasmformobiletelecommunications,andmypersistentpursuitofaccuracyandp
4、erfectionthathavehelpedmewinaccoladesfromcolleaguesandexperts.InChina,sincetheTD-SCDMAusesasmartantenna,itmakesademandforafinerresearchonthecomputationmethodfortheRRMStrategy,inareassuchasPC,DCA,andHC.Tome,anewstarterinthecompany,itwasarealchallenge.Sincetheresearchteamwasnew,itlackedengineeri
5、ngdataandpracticalexperience,althoughtheequipmentofthelabwasquiteadvanced.Itwasonlyaftermuchlibraryresearch,thinking,andconsultationwithexpertsdidIfindaRRMcomputationmethodsuitableforasmartantenna.BecauseasmartantennahasitsadvantagesofamoreaccurateVElocatingandreducedsearchingareas,thiscomputa
6、tionmethodeffectivelylowersthecomplexityoftheswitchingprocessanditsfailurerate.DuringthetimewhenIworkedfortheproject,Ioftenstayedupseveraldaysinarolltoperfectalabtest.ButIalsoderivedanenormoussenseofsatisfactionandfulfillmentafterovercomingobstacles,whichmorethancompensatedthepainsanddifficult
