1、前言本方案設(shè)計(jì)的順槽架空乘人裝置由驅(qū)動(dòng)部、改向裝置、機(jī)頭乘人站、乘人器、托壓繩輪組、機(jī)尾乘人站、回繩張緊裝置、牽引鋼絲繩、電氣控制等幾部分組成。由機(jī)頭驅(qū)動(dòng)繩輪牽引鋼絲繩,乘人器卡在鋼絲繩上隨之運(yùn)動(dòng),隨著巷道的起伏而變化,保持距地面200mm高度。機(jī)頭是驅(qū)動(dòng)部分,鋼絲繩在機(jī)頭繩輪處換向,圍包角180°。機(jī)頭繩輪中鑲有聚氨酯繩襯,用來(lái)提高摩擦力,并減少鋼絲繩的磨損。驅(qū)動(dòng)單元設(shè)置為電動(dòng)機(jī)+制動(dòng)器+減速器+驅(qū)動(dòng)繩輪方式,具有結(jié)構(gòu)驅(qū)動(dòng)緊湊,分體、運(yùn)輸、安裝靈活,運(yùn)行安全可靠,故障率低、噪音低等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。將鋼絲繩安裝在驅(qū)
2、動(dòng)輪、托繩輪、壓繩輪、迂回輪上并經(jīng)張緊裝置拉緊后由驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置輸出動(dòng)力帶動(dòng)驅(qū)動(dòng)輪和鋼絲繩運(yùn)行,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)輸送礦工的原理。用地下礦用架空索道來(lái)輸送礦工,其目的是縮短礦工上下井的路途時(shí)間,減輕礦工上下井的體能消耗。i太原理工大學(xué)陽(yáng)泉學(xué)院----畢業(yè)論文目錄摘要..................................................................................................................................
