1、前言本方案設(shè)計的順槽架空乘人裝置由驅(qū)動部、改向裝置、機頭乘人站、乘人器、托壓繩輪組、機尾乘人站、回繩張緊裝置、牽引鋼絲繩、電氣控制等幾部分組成。由機頭驅(qū)動繩輪牽引鋼絲繩,乘人器卡在鋼絲繩上隨之運動,隨著巷道的起伏而變化,保持距地面200mm高度。機頭是驅(qū)動部分,鋼絲繩在機頭繩輪處換向,圍包角180°。機頭繩輪中鑲有聚氨酯繩襯,用來提高摩擦力,并減少鋼絲繩的磨損。驅(qū)動單元設(shè)置為電動機+制動器+減速器+驅(qū)動繩輪方式,具有結(jié)構(gòu)驅(qū)動緊湊,分體、運輸、安裝靈活,運行安全可靠,故障率低、噪音低等優(yōu)點。將鋼絲繩安裝在驅(qū)動
