2、鉻合金烤瓷冠在色澤、齦緣炎癥（3個月時）、裂紋或折裂或崩瓷方面無顯著性差異(P>0．05)；齦緣變色（1年及3年時）含鈦鎳鉻合金烤瓷冠高于鈷鉻合金，并明顯高于高金合金烤瓷組(P<0．05)；裂紋或折裂或崩瓷3種材料烤瓷牙相比較，差別無顯著性（p>0.05）。結(jié)論高金合金烤瓷冠在化學穩(wěn)定性、生物相容性、色澤方面具有明顯優(yōu)勢；鈷鉻合金近幾年來已逐步取代鎳鉻合金烤瓷冠；鎳鉻合金烤瓷冠遠期效果有待進一步考證。[關(guān)鍵詞]烤瓷冠含鈦鎳鉻合金鈷鉻合金高金合金[中圖分類號][文獻標色碼][文章編號]Theclinicaleffectsofa
