2、幫助國(guó)內(nèi)制藥企業(yè)提升新藥研發(fā)管理水平。作者在項(xiàng)目評(píng)估理論與方法的研究文獻(xiàn)和國(guó)外先進(jìn)制藥企業(yè)實(shí)踐成果的基礎(chǔ)之上，總結(jié)自身從事新藥研發(fā)項(xiàng)目管理和產(chǎn)品管理的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，分析了解國(guó)內(nèi)制藥企業(yè)新藥研發(fā)項(xiàng)目評(píng)估的實(shí)際運(yùn)作情況，通過(guò)對(duì)新藥研發(fā)項(xiàng)目和新藥研發(fā)項(xiàng)目評(píng)估的獨(dú)特性分析，構(gòu)建出適用于我國(guó)行業(yè)實(shí)際和新藥研發(fā)特點(diǎn)的新藥研發(fā)項(xiàng)目評(píng)估模型，模型的建立運(yùn)用了層次分析法和模糊數(shù)學(xué)等理論。同時(shí)本文還對(duì)模型如何在單個(gè)項(xiàng)目決策和多個(gè)項(xiàng)目評(píng)優(yōu)中運(yùn)用進(jìn)行了分析，將評(píng)估模型與門(mén)徑管理和項(xiàng)目組合管理相結(jié)合，闡述了企業(yè)層面上的新藥研發(fā)項(xiàng)目評(píng)估管理框架，對(duì)于制藥企業(yè)的新藥研發(fā)項(xiàng)目評(píng)估工作有實(shí)際的指導(dǎo)意義。關(guān)鍵詞：新藥研發(fā)項(xiàng)
