1、臨床醫(yī)學(xué)論文-大蔥油對胃癌細(xì)胞株體外培養(yǎng)的影響【摘要】?　　目的：探討大蔥油對胃癌細(xì)胞的影響以及誘導(dǎo)胃癌細(xì)胞凋亡的機(jī)制.方法：MTT法評價(jià)大蔥油對胃癌細(xì)胞增殖的影響.熒光染色觀察細(xì)胞形態(tài)學(xué)變化.流式細(xì)胞術(shù)和放免法檢測細(xì)胞凋亡及細(xì)胞內(nèi)游離Ca2+和環(huán)磷酸腺苷（cAMP）濃度.結(jié)果：隨著大蔥油濃度的增加，作用24h后，細(xì)胞增殖抑制率分別達(dá)到5.71%，36.33%，44.34%，54.52%和74.15%，IC50≈65μg/mL.熒光顯微鏡下觀察結(jié)果顯示，實(shí)驗(yàn)組出現(xiàn)細(xì)胞凋亡形態(tài)學(xué)變化.100μg/mL大蔥油作用于胃癌細(xì)胞1~12h，細(xì)胞總凋亡率分

2、別為50.16%，53.48%，77.84%，83.71%和41.34%；早期細(xì)胞凋亡率分別為50.15%,33.25%,11.69%，4.65%和0.84%.100μg/mL大蔥油作用于胃癌細(xì)胞5min~12h，各相應(yīng)時(shí)間點(diǎn)細(xì)胞內(nèi)游離Ca2+含量依次為(71.00±6.08)，(77.67±1.53),(79.67±1.53)，(83.33±5.03)，(76.00±6.06)，(75.67±2.52)，(72.33±4.24)和(65.00±2.00)nmol/L；細(xì)胞內(nèi)cAMP濃度依次為(5.76±0.36),(18.51±2.06)，(
