1、HPLC法測定阿莫西林舒巴坦酯片人體血藥濃度【摘要】目的建立阿莫西林舒巴坦酯片中阿莫西林和舒巴坦的血藥濃度測定方法。方法以色譜柱為SpberiserbODS(Φ3.9mm×200mm,5μm)；流動(dòng)相為乙腈-0.068mol/LKH2PO4(4.5：95.5)；流速為0.8ml/min;檢測濃度為225nm;柱溫為（25±0.1）℃方法測定人體內(nèi)阿莫西林血藥濃度。以色譜柱為HypersilC18(Φ4.6mm×200mm，5μm)；流動(dòng)相為乙腈-0.068mol/LKH2PO4(4.5：95.5);流速為1.2ml/min;檢測波長為210nm;柱溫為（25±0.1）℃方法測定人體
2、內(nèi)舒巴坦血藥濃度。結(jié)果阿莫西林和舒巴坦在選定的色譜分離條件下，與血漿中雜質(zhì)峰分離良好，分離度大于1.5。阿莫西林血漿藥物濃度在0.125～10μg/ml范圍內(nèi)線性良好，r=0.9998;舒巴坦血漿藥物濃度在0.10～10μg/ml范圍內(nèi)線性良好，r=0.9999。阿莫西林和舒巴坦的平均回收率分別為96.25%、102.3%。兩種成分的日內(nèi)、日間RSD＜10%。結(jié)論HPLC法測定方人體內(nèi)阿莫西林和舒巴坦血藥濃度方法準(zhǔn)確度精度和靈敏度均較高，符合血漿中藥物測定要求?！娟P(guān)鍵詞】阿莫西林舒巴坦酯片；高效液相色譜法；血藥濃度Todetecthumanbloodconcentrationofa
