2、------------------------------------------------------------范文最新推薦------------------------------------------------------摘要:8-羥基-8-(2-呋喃)辛酸甲酯屬于呋喃類化合物,呋喃類化合物主要是一類化學合成藥,具有許多潛在的醫(yī)學價值。本實驗以辛二酸單甲酯和乙酰氯為原料,以四氯化碳為溶劑,三乙胺為縛酸劑,室溫下攪拌3h,得到相應的酸酐,然后過濾除去反應生成的鹽,在濾液中加入呋喃,三氟化硼乙醚溶液作催化劑,攪拌12h,得到8-(2-呋喃)-8-辛酮酸甲酯,經(jīng)硼氫化鉀還原得到8
3、-羥基-8-(2-呋喃)辛酸甲酯。本實驗主要討論乙酰氯與辛二酸單甲酯反應時間,乙酰氯的用量、呋喃的用量及硼氫化鉀用量對實驗結(jié)果的影響。從而確定8-(2-呋喃)-8-辛酮酸甲酯的最佳工藝合成條件為:辛二酸單甲酯與乙酰氯最佳配比為1:1.1;反應時間3h;辛二酸單甲酯與呋喃最佳配比為1:1.5;反應時間為12h,產(chǎn)率為88%。8-羥基-8-(2-呋喃)辛酸甲酯的最佳工藝條件:8-(2-呋喃)-8-辛酮酸甲酯與硼氫化鉀的最佳比例為1:1.1,產(chǎn)率為80%。產(chǎn)物結(jié)構(gòu)經(jīng)1HNMR進行表征。12233關鍵詞:辛二酸單甲酯;8-(2-呋喃)-8-辛酮酸甲酯;8-羥基-8-(2-呋喃)辛酸甲酯;呋喃;合成S
