1、丹參對大鼠肺缺血再灌注損傷保護作用的研究作者:程鍵,程青,楊劍虹,陸衛(wèi)華【摘要】目的:探討丹參對大鼠肺缺血再灌注損傷的保護作用并探討其機制。方法:60只Wistar大鼠隨機分為3組:手術(shù)對照組(A),缺血再灌注組(B),丹參干預(yù)組(C)。每組分別于缺血第45min、再灌注30、60、120min,觀察肺組織病理形態(tài)變化,檢測血漿丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的含量,測定肺組織濕/干重(W/D)比值,TUNEL法測定肺組織中細胞凋亡指數(shù)(AI)。結(jié)果:(1)肺組織病理變化:B組肺組織毛細血管充血、水腫、炎性細胞浸潤顯著,C組肺組織較B組減輕;(2)血漿M
2、DA、SOD含量:經(jīng)缺血再灌注后,B和C組血漿MDA較A組均明顯增加(P<0.05),B組增加的程度明顯高于C組(P<0.05);B和C組血漿SOD較A組同時點均顯著下降(P<0.05),C組減少的程度明顯小于B組(P<0.05);(3)肺組織W/D比值:經(jīng)缺血再灌注后,B組和C組的肺組織W/D比值都呈進行性上升(再灌注60,120minvs缺血45min,P<0.05);C組上升幅度明顯小于B組(再灌注60,120min時,C組vsB組,P<0.05);(4)肺組織細胞AI的變化:B組及C組缺血再灌注后均可見肺組織細胞凋亡現(xiàn)象
