1、返修稿：4014延續(xù)性早期發(fā)育支持護(hù)理對早產(chǎn)兒智能發(fā)育的影響李艷黃雁劉艷春李之春廉德花【摘要】目的探討延續(xù)性早期發(fā)育支持護(hù)理對早產(chǎn)兒智能發(fā)育的影響。方法選擇137例同期轉(zhuǎn)入NICU的早產(chǎn)兒，按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為干預(yù)組69例和對照組68例。兩組患兒遵醫(yī)囑給予常規(guī)治療發(fā)育支持護(hù)理的基礎(chǔ)上，干預(yù)組患兒實施延續(xù)性早期發(fā)育支持護(hù)理干預(yù)，即全面評估早產(chǎn)兒生長發(fā)育需求，建立家庭追蹤隨訪電子檔案、專題知識技能培訓(xùn)及發(fā)育支持康復(fù)訓(xùn)練為一體的延續(xù)性發(fā)育支持護(hù)理模式；對照組按傳統(tǒng)的方法出院后定期返院復(fù)查評估。結(jié)果2干預(yù)組早產(chǎn)兒母親育兒知識技能優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（x分別為
2、16.693，6.027,9.259；P<0.01，0.05）。兩組早產(chǎn)兒隨訪3,6,12月，干預(yù)組發(fā)育商（DQ）值分別為（96.7±2.7），（95.2±2.3），（96.5±2.1），（97.8±2.2），（97.3±2.4）分；對照組分別為（92.3±2.9），（91.2±2.5），（92.4±2.3），（95.1±2.8），（93.2±2.7）分，兩組比較差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（t分別為9.193，9.748，10.898，6.281，9.397；P<0.01）。干預(yù)組腦癱發(fā)生率低于對照組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（H=18.76，P<0.05）。結(jié)論延續(xù)性早
