1、Tiam1與PCNA在胃癌中的表達(dá)及其臨床意義【摘要】目的探討T淋巴瘤侵襲轉(zhuǎn)移誘導(dǎo)因子1(Tiam1)和增殖細(xì)胞核抗原(PCNA)在胃癌中的表達(dá)及其與臨床病理參數(shù)的關(guān)系。方法采用免疫組織化學(xué)法對60例胃癌組織及其相應(yīng)正常胃黏膜組織標(biāo)本進(jìn)行檢測。結(jié)果①Tiam1蛋白在正常胃黏膜組織中為陰性染色，但在胃癌組織中則呈陽性染色(47/60，78.33%)，兩者差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05)；②胃癌組織中PCNA蛋白標(biāo)記指數(shù)(PCNALI)(57.49±14.82)顯著高于正常胃黏膜組織中的PCNALI(20.74±6.13)(P<0.05)；③Ti

2、am1、PCNA蛋白表達(dá)均與胃癌組織分化程度、浸潤深度、TNM分期及淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移顯著相關(guān)(P<0.05)，但與胃癌患者的性別、年齡及癌灶原發(fā)部位、大小無關(guān)(P>0.05)；④Tiam1陽性表達(dá)胃癌組織中的PCNALI值顯著高于Tiam1陰性表達(dá)者(P<0.05)。結(jié)論Tiam1和PCNA表達(dá)上調(diào)均與胃癌侵襲轉(zhuǎn)移密切相關(guān)，對其進(jìn)行聯(lián)合檢測有助于判斷胃癌的生物學(xué)特性?！娟P(guān)鍵詞】胃癌T淋巴瘤侵襲轉(zhuǎn)移誘導(dǎo)因子1增殖細(xì)胞核抗原免疫組織化學(xué)ExpressionsofTiam1andproliferatingcellnuclearantigeninga
