2、白提取率為指標(biāo),選擇脫鈣時(shí)間、脫鈣酸濃度、固液比和提取時(shí)間4個(gè)因素為影響因子,通過正交試驗(yàn)確定武昌魚魚鱗膠原蛋白的最佳提取工藝條件。[結(jié)果]正交試驗(yàn)表明,當(dāng)提取溫度確定為12℃時(shí),4個(gè)因素對武昌魚魚鱗膠原蛋白提取率的影響程度依次為提取固液比>脫鈣時(shí)間>脫鈣酸濃度>提取時(shí)間。提取魚鱗膠原蛋白的最佳工藝條件為:固液比1:25,脫鈣時(shí)間3h,提取時(shí)間每次1.5d,脫鈣酸濃度為0.4mol/L,在此條件下,膠原蛋白提取率為1.142%。[結(jié)論]該研究為魚鱗膠原蛋白的開發(fā)和應(yīng)用提供參考依據(jù)。關(guān)鍵詞魚鱗;膠原蛋白:提取中圖分類號s965.1文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼A文章編號
