1、桂林理工大學本科畢業(yè)設計·論文摘要本次設計的內(nèi)容是某轎車前車門外板的沖壓模具,分析了汽車覆蓋件及其沖壓模具的特點及要求。汽車覆蓋件的尺寸大結構屬于復雜的曲面結構,零件表面的質量要求高,因此對其模具的設計也比較復雜。該零件的數(shù)學模型為由曲面構成的非參數(shù)化特征,首先利用UG軟件繪制該零件的三維造型,再對其成形特點和成形工藝進行分析,為了得到合格的零件產(chǎn)品,必須先進行生產(chǎn)方案的分析與確定。再利用Dynaform軟件進行數(shù)值模擬分析,借助軟件對其拉深方向、工藝補充、坯料尺寸、零件的成形極限、厚度變化情況和拉延
2、力等進行分析計算,最后是對其成形模具進行設計。拉延模的設計是本設計的重點,包括沖壓方向的確定、內(nèi)外工藝補充面、壓料面的確定、拉延筋的設計、工藝計算等,重點對拉延凸模、凹模、壓邊圈進行設計,還有對頂件裝置、導向裝置、合模限位裝置、起吊裝置和通氣孔等進行設計。工件在拉延成形之后需要進行修邊和沖孔,在這里以拉延模為基礎對修邊沖孔模進行簡單的設計和說明,完成工件的沖壓成形。最后繪制了拉延模具的二維裝配圖和部分零件圖。關鍵詞:車門外板;覆蓋件;工藝分析;模具設計;UGIV桂林理工大學本科畢業(yè)設計·論文Thede
